About a month ago, I started to feel numbness in my left hand, then within two days it spread from my hand to my whole arm, then my left leg, left foot, and left torso. Lastly, I even felt numbness on the left side of my neck. Needless to say, I was scared and didn't know what was happening to me.

I went to see a neurologist, and I was hospitalized, but the western doctors could not diagnose me. I underwent days and days of tests, scans, MRIs and they couldn't diagnose the cause of the numbness.  While I wasn't getting any worse, I wasn't getting any better either. The numbness had started to cause fatigue. My body felt imbalanced, and as a result of compensating for a weaker left side, my right side started to feel weary.

My family and I decided to seek alternative medical advice and was recommended to come see Dr. Wen. I came to Taipei from Hong Kong and met Dr. Wen - he not only provided me comfort but he also gave me confidence that I will be normal again. I remember feeling relaxed and at ease for the first time in weeks after seeing Dr. Wen. He gave me hope and allowed me to trust him.

After only two sessions, I started feeling much better. By the fourth or fifth session, I was almost completely healed. It really was truly magical. By the end of the treatment, the numbness had gone away completely. I regained energy and feeling in my left side.  Nothing feels better than regaining the feeling of being myself again. I was back in control of my own body.
